No Delivery! Bad Service

Netflorist advertises "same day" deliveries yet they are unable to keep to that!!!
I placed an order yesterday for same day delivery. I then received an email stating that the goods would be delivered at 5:10pm. Normally they would need to call to confirm the recipient name and address. I did not receive that call yesterday. Their working hours are from 7am to 5:30pm. Outside these hours, you are unable to contact anyone for delivery information. I received an EMAIL this morning stating that the contact details and address were incorrect and that the recipient "does not live there anymore"... who would send something to a person that does not live there anymore???
I had to call them this morning and then they asked me if they can deliver the goods TODAY!!! If I wanted delivery for today, I would have ordered it for today.
I asked for a refund and they state that I need to wait 5 to 7 working days for the refund!!!
Not only do they have a lack of communication skills and lack of service, they do not care about customer satisfaction.
Also, this is not the first time I experienced problems with Netflorist. I placed an order last friday and they did not delivery what was ordered
