(Netflorist special on Ebucks) On the 11 of Feb 2013, order flowers and a box of chocolates for delivery on the 13 of Feb 2013. After a number of phone calls and empty promises, I decided to give up on my order being delivered to my wife on the 13th. I didn't even receive a phone call saying that they wont be able to do the delivery. Next Morning I Decide to contact Netflorist and see if there is a chance they will be able to track the item, but I get the same run around story that I will get the delivery today, it's 2:30pm and still no luck. The whole time this issue was made to be my fault because I did not state a delivery time in the order, yet every time I ask for a time estimate, no one can give an answer. Then I'm told if the recipient is unable to answer the phone then the courier doesn't do the delivery.( FORBID YOU ARE IN A MEETING) then I don't think anyone would receive their items. I'm sorry both of these companies didn't start up yesterday, getting something delivered shouldn't be such a mission. Terrible, Terrible service. How many other people had to go through this!!!
