I placed an order (with Netflorist) for delivery Thursday 29/08 to Queenstown. Upon enquiring when delivery will take place on 29/08, I was informed by Netflorist that the package have been re-routed as it's on it's way to Durban... now, I don't know about you, but there is a huge difference between Durban and the Eastern Cape. Netflorist went out of their way to make it up and sent a huge bouquet of flowers to my friend to apologise for late delivery and with the confirmation that the package will be delivered today, 30/08. (I think RAM should pay for those flowers that Netflorist so graciously sent). This morning I phoned Netflorist again (paranoid about RAM since they already made a mess yesterday), just to be informed they will only deliver on Monday, 02/09. in the mean time I've sent an email to Netflorist with my complaint to once again be informed that they only deliver to Queenstown on Wednesdays and that they are making a "special effort" to have it delivered on Monday... excuse me but this is not on. You don't make promises that you cannot keep. Why promise delivery today and then "do me a favour" to only deliver on Monday?! -1 customer!
