Good day,

i had placed an order on the 8 July 2013 on the netflorist online system for delivery on the 12 July 2013. The order was processed. Funds deducted from my account and on the website status set as order successfully accepted and processed only to call in today being the 12th to find out about delivery and to be told that it can not be delivered as it is not offered in that area. this was not stated on the website. order was accepted and there was no communication received to try and find an alternative prior to delivery date. the call centre agent said an email was sent but nothing was received nor was any calls received trying to rectify NETFLORISTS error prior to the delivery date nor a refund process.

This a pathetic service as the Recipient was awaiting this delivery and if we had not called in we would have not known nor received any refund.

Extremely Appalled by the service as this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that i have had a problem with net florist.
