I'm a South African living abroad and have used Netflorist in the past to deliver flowers/Gifts to my elderly parents in the North West Province and this time round had some of the worst service i think I have ever had from any online delivery service.

I ordered two hampers on the 20 Dec 2012 to be delivered on Xmas eve. I received the confirmation by email and then waited for the excited call from my mother on the day. Nothing, no call and no delivery. After numerous emails, my mother eventually had a response claiming there had been a problem with the courier. I had spent the money and done the chasing and had no respnse from the customer "care" team. I still, to date have not heard a thing from the "Care team". Long story short, the complete order was delivered 13 working days later.

Unbeleivable service from a company that had not behaved in this manner in the past. A real shame. They will never have my business again.
