Good day

On Thursday the 21 February i ordered flowers from NedFlorist to be delivered to my mother the next day for her birthday.

I called and confirmed Jerome on Thursday if it will be in order for the flowers to be delivered early and confirmed that i would not be a problem that i should just call back the next day early to remind him.

Friday i called and he said he spoke to the florist and they will try and deliver the morning and send me confirmation that the flowers was delivered.

by 2PM the afternoon no flowers was delivered, no call from Nedflorsit to confirm the reason why its not been done.
I called and that informed me that they will only get flowers @ 2pm which means they still had to make the bouquet. I then requested that the order be cancelled and be refundedi was told that the money will be paid back to me within 3 to 4 working days.when i called today the date has been changed and i can only get a refund with 5 to 7 working days.
from how i see it not one person is clued up in that call centre and know the process as each one tells you a different story.
