Pathetic service and couldn't care less attitude

Earlier in last week I ordered flowers from Netflorist for mother's day for delivery on Friday 10th May. At 10:45 I received an email confirming delivery before 4 pm. It was crucial as my mom was goning away for the weekend. And was due to leave home at 4:30 pm. At 16:41 i get confirmation that delivery to her had taken place. But when I spoke to her telephonically she did not receive it and had left her home at about 4:30 pm as planned. While I understand that they can't guarantee an exact time of delivery, no effort was made to deliver the flowers before 4 pm. When I called at about 5 pm and explained that the flowers would be sitting by the neighbour until monday, I got a couldn't care less attitude - like we got your money we delivered to somebody and i want to go home cos it's friday. The lady took my cell phone number and said she'll call back... obviously she never called and ran off. When I called back in an hour the office was closed. I had to arrange at my expense for someone to collect the flowers from the neighbour and delivered to my mom. all i received was an email confirming that the neighbour signed for it so they did their job.
