Don't ever use netflorist

Ordered a choc hamper for a birthday surprise at 8:30am on 23 Dec 13 and @ 4:10pm the delivery was still not made, requested a refund.. On 24th Dec 8:11am I get an email to say delivery will be made by 11:50. Called and waited a further 17 mins (previous day wasted 26 mins finding out where my delivery was) to get to speak to a call center agent to request my refund yet again. And i will still have 2 wait 3 days to get refund. Will never use them again
