I gave a seller a neutral rating, because I was not entirely happy with the service, but BoB removed it without consulting me.

Also, I warned BoB on 31 May that the new seller tersiasmith95 is the same people as the blacklisted vinturbo, but the seller was still allowed to cheat 20 people before being suspended.

I also notice BoB gives sellers 5 bonus ratings without the seller being rated by buyers. Vinturbo was one of them.
