Poor service delivery

My wife's birthday was on Monday and I contact them before I bought any flowers and I was promised that my goods will be delivered as long as I make the booking before 12am which I did. No delivery, waisted all my airtime calling them finding out what was happening, these people cannot even follow one simple instruction. They miss the 1st delivery and then the 2nd delivery and now the 3rd delivery (Wednesday already), I wonder if these people even know what day are doing. The birthday is long past and now I am being promised that it will take place tomorrow (Thursday 12th) morning 1st thing... lets wait and see
