I purchased a headboard from 5Rooms on April 22, 2013 (order number FUR0124054752). It was despatched later than expected on May 27. I finally received my order to discover it was missing the supporting wooden legs, as part of the Product Description on the website. I used the Chat-function to enquire, but that yielded nothing. On June 3, I emailed them about this, and have had no progress 'til now (July 11). On June 20, I was promised a response from the buyer-in-charge before the week was up, which never happened. I could not have any visitors for the holidays, because of this. I am disappointed by this so-called service, and am now angry that they took the full payment for only part of an order. It is now 3 MONTHS since the order. This is my last resort, as all other options have failed.
