[URL Removed] seems to be a nice website to use for buying stuff online. however, once you have completed the order, the website asks if you would like 1 delivery of all your items. I placed an order for over R14k, and 26 items. once the order is complete I received a mail stating that I would be contacted if there were any issues, and when the goods were shipped. All this made it seem so simple and easy, and I was impressed, until I received delivery, without notice, and never received any communication from [URL Removed] once I had unpacked all the boxes, I found half the items were not there. so I called [URL Removed] and asked what was going on, to be told that the items not there were on back order. I spoke to Barry the manager, and told him that what was the point of selecting 1 delivery if they part deliver?? Barry then promised me delivery by Friday 21 June, today is 25 June and I still do not have my goods on back order, and still have not heard anything from [URL Removed] Everything I was told has been a LIE!!! [URL Removed]!!! and I will NEVER use them again, and will never recommend [URL Removed]
