Along with many other people it seems I have had terrible service from 5Rooms. I placed an order for some bath towels on the 5th December, they were to be a Christmas gift. I was told the expected delivery date at their warehouse was to be 16-20th Dec but then would take another 3-5 days to reach me in Johannesburg. I then received notification that due to supplier error the order was not received and that they would only expect the towels at their warehouse between 7-10 Jan (plus the 3-5 days for delivery to get to JHB). Again I hadn't received any email confirming receipt so again I had to contact 5Rooms. On the 13th Jan they responded to say that they were waiting for the warehouse manager to get back to them and would let me know.
After another email today it seems that the order still hasn't arrived from the supplier and they cannot say if or when it will so I am cancelling my order. I do hope getting a refund from them will not be this painful
