Defective goods shipped, refund not happening

In a nutshell:
-Ordered a lamp, arrives defective - base is very dented
-5Rooms sends a replacement (different) lamp which also arrives defective - the screwing part does not hold two parts together
-Had to bring goods back in person after pickup bungle and i was over having my place look like store room
-Refund given go ahead on 13 December 2013, processed 20 December 2013
-A month later, 20 Jan 2014, refund has not yet happened
-Call to 5Rooms on 20 Jan 2014 call center to sort it out - no response after promised email confirmation of refund payment

It's simple, do not do business with this company unless you want admin for months. Shipping defective goods is bad enough (at least one defect was def not caused by courier)... taking more than a month to refund is a slap in the face. I know it may take up to 14 working days (which is a joke itself) but the radio silence from 5Rooms after my call this week left me no option but to complain here.
