WORST ISP

Where to begin! at first they took over a month to do an installation which they kept lying to me! every day they would say the next day for 26 days they put me off! then eventually they do the installation then put me on the incorrect package. when i ask for the correct higher package they do it instantly then i could never connect to any international servers, this happened on MONDAY the 15th of April! it is now the 21st and it still not repaired they have no clue what is going on! i am sick and tired of there! i better get a complete refund! i will not spend over a thousand rand on this useless ISP!
