Initially very excited about our order, despite delivery time being little slow..almost a month after order. In great anticipation we awaited delivery and this is where the disappointment started. The courier company used by 5rooms - whomever the person was who contacted us to advise of delivery, need some serious people skils training. Abrubt and rude and unprofessional is what comes to mine. Finally, delivery! Rug we ordered, exactly what we wanted. Headboard... wrong colour! I immediately called Customer Services to report this. Craig advised that he would address this immediately and we would receive a confirmation email by the next day about collection of incorrect item and delivery of replacement. 3 days later, no feedback. I sent email requesting feedback. Kurt replied following day and advised that item will be collected that day and he would let me know what time. Again I had to follow up as I did not get that promised feedback. I was told collection would happen soon. 5 hours later, someone arrived to collect, only to realise that his vehicle was not big enough, as he was not told it was a large item. Enough! We cancelled our order and await our refund. Very disappointed
