Billing Problem No Delivery!

Last year I subscribed to Rubybox and all went well until they couldn't get the monthly debit order from my account. After countless efforts my subscription was cancelled. I joined again now during April or May. Up until today (28 June) I have received NOTHING from them. I traced my bank account as far back as beginning of June when a debit order was done to Rubybox on my account, but I haven't received my goods yet. They only contacted me today to say that the debit order for JULY didn't go through due to "a possible number of reasons". BUT I"M STILL WAITING FOR MY PREVIOUS ORDERS!!! If your customer service is like this, cancel my order AND PAY ME BACK MY PREVIOUS UNDELIVERED ORDERS MONEY!!!
