Late delivery and no idea of customer care!

I have tried to resolve this with Rubybox - but their delayed responses and flippant attitude with regards to customer care has left me no choice but to resort to this forum.

I am still waiting for my Rubybox and my Order which was placed on 28 November last year (this is not the first complaint). The order was supposed to be delivered with my Rubybox. I have NOTHING yet! After following up - I got a response to say that such has been delivered - and I had to point out that it was for another Rubybox customer in the same area... and with no reference to the Collection box. After constant follow up (and a week later) I was informed that it could not be traced and will be re-dispatched - once again pointing the finger at the couriers - I am a Rubybox customer, not your courier company's!

After a new tracking # being committed... I am still waiting. I have sent another mail, but will probably take another week to answer.

At the least, I would have expected some goodwill in the form of overnight delivery, but once again, I am expected "to understand from their perspective".

I want this issue resolved soonest - by a phone call - not a nameless e-mail! This is unacceptable service!
