Rubybox
No delivery on goods and no response to query

I placed an order with Rubybox on 31 May (and another order thereafter). It is the 10th June at 5:20pm and I have STILL not received either of my orders. Their shipping information says that they will deliver within 2-5 working days. 5 working days have obviously lapsed and Rubybox has failed to deliver. Furthermore, they have not responded to my query sent last week enquiring when I will be receiving delivery. Poor service. It is disappointing that I have to waste my time resorting to this because Rubybox cannot live up to its promises and ignores customer queries. Sincerely hope I will be getting my orders soon. Disappointed online shopper.
