I have not received my Feb Rubybox!!

Good Afternoon
I subscribed to the rubybox and paid for, for the first time 25 January 2013. Thinking i will test this process with the Rubybox subscription.
I have sent two email requesting when i may expect my delivery of the rubybox. i have phoned in everyday since monday lastweek and still could get through to talk to anybody to find out whats going on. My money was taken yet i have to follow up of non delivery.
As this is my first time subscribing or making use of your website, this has left me with a very very BAD first impression of your company and not to mention very little to no faith left for future orders (still deciding if there ever will be after this experience!!!) Like i have mentioned before this is my first time, how am i ever to trust your company again??? I have read all the other complaints about non delivery, but what exactly is being done to prevent reoccurance?

I would really appreciate a response and delivery of the rubybox.
