Late delivery... again!

Dear Rubybox,

Please note that I have placed an order for the Collection Box on the 29th of April with the specific intent to have this as a Mother's Day Gift. It is now the Friday before Mother's Day and I have yet to receive the order or even tracking information.

My expectation was that this was to be delivered during the course of the past two weeks (as you state delivery within 7 - 14 days) as I have selected this option as opposed to delivery with next month's Rubybox. I have received the May Rubybox... but not the collection box.

My concern is that - as per my previous order - this was lost again and will take Rubybox a week to actually pinpoint the problem. (Order #100007042)

I do look forward to your prompt response and speedy resolution of this matter.
