Ridiculous service

I purchased a deal from the above company on the 5th May, it was said that delivery will be done in 7-21 days. I called after the 21 days and checked on the delivery only to be told there was a problem and a email will be sent out the next day with regards to it. Having received no email i contacted the company again and spoke to Natasha and she said that they will be taking legal action against the supplier. I called again on Friday and left a message for the General Manager to call me and she still has not bothered to call a client with a complaint. There has been no emails about the product being sent to us or not or if we will be refunded our money. The service is rather ridiculous and I am sure there is many others who are having the same problem.
