CCD Couriers
Still no delivery after 4 days

This is virtually the same complaint as someone earlier on hello peter, i am expecting delivery of a FNB card, and i was informed that the couriers had received the card last week friday. They called to arrange delivery, and the only available times they had were Wednesday the following week and Friday (a courier company that needs 3 days to do a local delivery is ridiculous). anyway so i arrange for the Wednesday between 14:00 and 16:00, and on Tuesday and Wednesday morning i receive a sms confirming delivery (and to make sure i have to documents ready, funny them telling me what to do three times, but not doing their own job!!!), so i made arrangement to be available during this time... and no show, not so much as a call to apologize, nothing...
CCD is a useless tipical TIA company who wouldn't know service if it smacked them in the face
