After 7 gruelling months of bad service delivery and customer care, I eventually requested a refund, the first request fell on deaf ears from one of the "managers" Natasha Chandler.
Eventually my request was sent to the financial department after writing a complaint on hellopeter.
The captioned lady contacted me thesameday and refunded me immediately, even more so impressive she followed up with me the next day that all was in order.
? helsea should be place in the managers position as her service was outstanding. Thank you so very much? helsea.
She turned my frown upside down, more Chelsea's employed at Ubuntu and less Natasha's.
