Cancelled my family's bookings

My Uncle always does our holiday bookings at Elangeni for our family as his been doing for years. This year after we had done deposits he informed us that we need to pay the hotel in full and so we did. A few days after our payments were done he told us the hotel has cancelled all our rooms and there is nothing we can do because some girl complained of the work my uncle did for us. The hotel has completely inconvenieced my entire family and now we are all left with no bookings for the holiday and we sitting and waiting to be refunded. From what I hear the girl that lodged the complaint got her bookings for free and this is absolutely ridiculous and unfair! Why does my family have to suffer with no bookings? The hotel really treated us badly and we still have not received our refunds and they not even willing to help us get accomodation again. My family is left stranded and with no accomodation for the holidays even though we had paid in full..This is a situation which I feel needs to be reported to carte blanche as well as the news and papers. This irresponsible and unreasonable act of southern sun will not be forgotten.
