Elangeni and maharani must burn to the ground

Im sad to say after all these years the elangeni hotels services has gone worst than a 1 star hotel. it shouldnt even be rated as a hotel anymore. they first take your money in advance and close to the date have no quality drops an email not even calls to say the booking has been cancelled!!! and now im sitting without bookings and they still have all my money which is R53000-00 and they keep telling me tomorrow and the day after. the elangeni hotel together with maharani hotel and the entire southern sun is def the worst place to stay.for any tourist and whoever wants to know what i as a frequent guest now think of them. they scamming and ripping us off and the worst of all just to cancel your entire booking and make us beg for refund!! this isnt the end of it because im taking on this big company in court ill make sure they will get seen everywhere for who they are . taking bribes and favouring just for more money ill make sure thatl be the last of their worries!!! i would rather consider a formula 1 hotel instead of paying this amount to get ripped off by cheap and low services of southern sun
