Appauling service

Further to my previous complaint I ordered room service tonight at R150. The food was refrigerator cold!!! at a R150??? not even at R10 do you do that. Questioned the manager on why this happened. He conceded that they have a large group of people that came in and that is why it happened?? so it seems I was right. If you in a group, sure use Tsogo Sun. If you are an individual - stay away as your needs is of no concern to them. Trust me - I experienced it first hand 3 times in one week. Somewhere something went terribly wrong with this group, their service went from good to unacceptably appallingly bad!
As per my previous complaint the GM from the Cape Sun at least called to apologise - contrary to the Elangeni who ignored my like a stop street.
To the the Elangeni and Tsogo Sun: you will never see me or my department again, ever. Around 100 nights a year might not seem much to a corporate only catering for large groups but remember that you are never too large to fail.
