No response within a week!

A week ago I commplained about the Formula 1 in Milnerton being a brothel and the fact that the guest we booked in there and paid for in advance left within minutes in total disgust.

Apart from a pro forma letter that the GM would look into the matter I have not received any feedback within a week let alone the refund I insist on. Surely this is no way of conducting and running a business in the hospitality industry.
