Milnerton Formula 1 a brothel

We booked one of our suppliers into the Milnerton Formula 1 for a 2 nights stay (9th to 11th of April) and our CEO accompanied the supplier to the hotel and paid for his stay by Credit Card. What happened then was that our person was given a room that was already occupied. He was then given a second room also occupied. The duty manager was then called and a third room by could be found. However, on moving into his room on the second floor he was approached by prostitutes apparently openly plying their 'business' within the hotel and that is then when he decided enough is enough and moved out.

Not only did we have to make alternative accommodation arrangements at additional costs, I demand an immediate refund of the paid amount of R 858.00 as well as a written apology to your guest for such disgusting circumstances.
