I am utterly disgusted and aggreived by Bayport. Last week I paid the whole amount I was quoted for settlement R9, 438.07.I sent the proof of payment as advised by Colin for the clearance letter and the rescindment letter. To my utter disgust I receive an email from Thato telling me about a new amount I have to pay saying the account has not been settled, As I was expecting the letter this week as promised. Kindly be reminded that my salary department has also deducted the monthly R844 for the month of May already. I am certain that you are now me. Can you please be so kind as to provide me the letters I have requested. I am so disgusted in the way you are conducting your business and draining people's finances without consideration. I am really disgusted by your conduct in business. I need you urgent co-operation as I am not even being considered for job opportunities because of your delay in giving me the requested letter of rescindment. You are just being unreasonable. I really regret the day I took a loan with you, I have learned my lesson!
