Just wanted to report a problem with this "company"

After spending R330 on a voucher for me and my wife, the first appointment we made, she made us wait 45 minutes to see her before she admitted that she had incorrectly booked us as an appointment for only 1 person. She then had the audacity to ask us that we wait ANOTHER 45 minutes for our massage - after she told us of an initial 15 minutes wait when we had arrived. I asked her is she was joking, and requested that we postpone the massage for the following week. She then confirmed a 3:15PM booking for the next Saturday.

When we got there the next week, Josie wasn't there. Her staff again confirmed that there was no such appointment booked*sigh*. They said they could not call her, as there was no airtime on the land line and Josie ignored my calls to her mobile. He staff said that they closed at 4, but they would "see what they could do". They eventually saw us for a 30 min massage, even though we had paid for 90 minutes.

As yet we have not received an apology on this total lack of professionalism. Long story short, stay away from this woman. She does not deserve to be in this industry
