Over payment/cash payment

On the 31st July i was admitted to the day ward to have a scope done by my doctor, Dr hameed. i called Discovery health prior to my scheduled date to get all the authorizations and Discovery let me know that my operation was approved, i had enough savigs for everything. Yet i had an amount of R2850 for the co-payment that i needed to pay. the hospital refused to send me through without cash payment even tho i had enough in my savings, never the less i paid the full R2850 and done my op. i submitted my claim with the receipt for proof to have my funds paid back to me in full. i received my full account back from the hospital and the total amount for the procedure came out to R2441.72 yet i paid R2850 and now discovery is only paying me back R2441.72!!! i literally had to call dicovery every single day to make sure my claim was being processed. i dont see why i have a medial aid when i need to pay cash because of hospitals being lazy to do admin. we all have hard working day jobs and i dont think this is fair! then i called Discovery to find out how far my claim is and i find out they refunding the hospital and not me! i want this sorted out in full pls R2850 paid to me this week
