Unethical Billing!

My wife and myself have been clients of Specsavers wynberg for a while now and never had any problems, yet now when my wife asked me if she can get contacts on the medical we went to the Claremont Specsavers and asked. Some white guy with glasses got my wifes script from wynberg branch and assured me we cam get her contacts on the medical aid the instructions and all. I needed to confirm this as we did not have cash at time, after this guy assured me and ordered trial lenses my wife went for instructions and for trials and the the lady said we must pay R365 and I explained it must be on medical at this time the lady got rude and sarcastic. She refused 2 listen 2 us and then phond the next day again demanding payment, few days later we received account in the post. We do mot appreciate this at all and will be taking this further as consumer act protects us and they are in the wrong. Please could you assist in helping us.
