Discovery keeps paying the wrong account

Hi,
I sent through a claim on 2 Feb 2014, reference 726739241. With the claim, I sent the invoice and the receipt as proof that I PAID the claim already. Even with all this information Discovery per my web account have noted they will be paying the claim to the health care professional. This is the second time this has happened. Can they please check a claim before they process the payment and pay me instead as was instructed.
