Taking TOO LONG to settle claim!!!

I submitted a claim from my denist a month ago - suddenly Monday of this week I got an email that my claim would be settled on the 20th May 2013 and today is the 23rd May and still no payment. YET Discovery has no problem debiting my account each month but take their own sweet time in honoring valid claims. I sent a follow up email and got a reference number 2859634792 but 48hours later no response - what's the point???

Additionally I have Discovery LIFE and Discovery Medical aid and been struggling for MONTHS now to get my son added back to Vitality have made serveral calls to that frustrating vitaly call centre to NO avail!!!

If I don't get a solution PRONTO I'm taking my business elsewhere - Discovery is NOT the only game in town!!!
