I am in a self payment gap and every single time I pay cash for medication, the claim is processed by Discovery and then reversed. EVERY TIME! Please explain why??

I have sent the same claim in 6 times between yesterday and today and get all kind of info back. I know how a self payment gap works. All I am begging you to do is to allocate my claims that I pay cash for against my self payment gap so that I can reach my threshold.

Before someone gives me some explanation about the threshold and the self payment gap, don't, please. I know how it works. I would just like Discovery to capture my claims.

I seriously suggest Discovery members start checking this because how many more people are they doing this to??
