I'm a new client at Discovery Health. I've applied for the Saver Series Essential Delta Package but the consultant made a mistake & signed me up for Classic Comprehensive. No-one sent me a membership certificate & on 3rd of Jan, R6300 deducted from my bank instead of R2100. I phoned on:
3 Jan - Spoke to Zizo (Ref no. 2685153938)
Zizo looked at my papers, apologised for the mistake and promised that the money would be in my account within 48 hours. NOTHING HAPPENED
7 Jan - Spoke to Ntuthu (Ref no. 2688108425). Nthutu said no note made of mistake, looked everything up again, apologised for mistake & promised the money would be in my account in 48 hrs.
9 Jan - Spoke to Neil (Ref no.2692573607). Said the mistake had been corrected, but no order for refund has been put through. He apologised & promised money would be in my account in 48 hrs.
15 Jan - Spoke to Tutu - got cut off
Then spoke to Vuyo, said refund is still awaiting approval from Charmaine Carolyn & I will only pay again in March.
Do I wait ANOTHER week or do I start taking legal action now? interest and time! I give up.. this is ILLEGAL! I want to cancel but don't know if I will ever get refunded.
