Mistake after mistake, and credit still not passed

I decided to join Discovery Insure, even though they were more expensive than other insurance quotes, purely because I like to be loyal to a brand, and have most of the other Discovery products. All I can say is that maybe I should never have done it. Problem after problem, mistake after mistake, and STILL the problem is not resolved. They debited my account incorrectly when the policy first started, then "corrected it" and promised that the next month the debit would be less as a credit is showing against the account, and today, the TOTAL amount was once again debited off my account. I find this service SHOCKING... and I am disgusted that its ME that has to keep contacting them to fix these issues. I even spoke to the Manager of the Insure call centre, a Shaun, who promised me (after I lost my cool and told them how incompetent they were) that all would be sorted, and he apologises profusely for the problems. Im disgusted, appalled, and honestly considering moving away from them so I can live in peace once again. A Grudge payment like insurance should not have to be this painful. Disgusting!!
