I am very much disappointed on Discovery Health. i had requested for downgrade from Coastal Saver to Key Care Plus instead of them giving me the correct penalty fee because i had used up my funds they decide to charge me their own amount of which when my broker Proper Group saw that they had made a mistake and promised to make sure that Discovery refund me with the correct amount more than a month ago up until now no 1 has given me feedback and i find that very disappointing and unacceptable!
they to quick to debit my account but when it comes to my refund it takes months for them to at least give me feedback. I will not tolerate this and will be taking it further if no 1 from Discovery contacts me in 24 hours.
