Premiums are not being refunded

I changed from a private client to an employer group client with my medical aid, all documentation was signed and approved. my premium was deducted off my salary then deducted off my account as well by discovery, so i have paid double this month. i am having big problems in getting my refund from discovery, i was promised the money would be in my account by today (09/05/2013) but it is not in my account. they have now told me that this money will take another 3 to 5 working days for the money top be in my account, i cannot afford to wait that long... Please assist as i was on the phone with discovery for almost an hour with no results.
