DISGUSTING UNETHICAL SERVICE

I received a call from a lawyers offices with regards to my Dental bills. An electronic account was sent to my Medical aid for one amount and then there was another account (Which I did not receive) with a different amount on it. Apparently there is a Levy or co payment that was added to my account. This was not communicated to me when I a received authorization to have my little girls teeth fixed. You didn't bother to pick up a phone and call, you didn't bother to email someone so we were aware of it. And your excuse is that you SMS'd us. How can you bill one thing for me, and one thing for my Medical aid. That is unethical. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR FACILITIES AGAIN< which is a shame because our Dentist was just wonderful. Shame on you...
