FZP Apartment Rentals
Insufficiency doesn't even start to cover it

Below is a report of FZP's failure to live up to the deal.

OFFERED: Flat screen satellite TV (DSTV)
DELIVERED: Of the large amount of channels, only a few were available to us - 5 A.M. to 7.50 P.M.

OFFERED: Fully equipped modern renovated kitchen
DELIVERED: When promised a fully equipped kitchen, we expect basic things such as a kitchen knife, a cutting board, a colander, plates corresponding to the number of persons that the apartment sleeps, and pots and pans that aren't dented.

OFFERED: Access to pool/gym
DELIVERED: No info was enclosed in the arrival package. After emailing about it, we were told about the gym, but that there was no pool. Not until after many days of emailing did we get directions to the pool.

OFFERED: Secure parking bay
DELIVERED: When we asked for the details, we were told that there was no parking bay. After some emailing it turned out that the parking bay was reserved for us.

OFFERED: Baby cot rental
DELIVERED: The cost for this was confirmed to be R100. Later FZP informed us that it was R100 per week. After referring to the booking confirmation FZP went with the original deal. However, we were told that the booked cot wasn't available.
