SAA made wrong booking and NO other flight offered

I booked a return flight on SAA on 11 January 2013, going to Durban. On 12 January 2013 at 18:20 we were supposed to fly back, from King Shaka airport to OR Thambo. When arriving at King Shaka we were told that they did not have us on the flight. Their customer care centre told me the same, yet after they listened to the conversation on tape, they clearly heard that they made the error and booked me for the 13th. They admitted that they were wrong yet they told me that they do not have a seat for us and that they can not accommodate us back on a flight to Johannesburg. In stead, SAA booked us with Mango, and this flight was only at 7pm. I also had to pay for extra food, additional parking and because Mango is cheaper, I lost out on money as I have already paid SAA two days back via credit card.
I was treated like a number, not a person. I was just kicked out like a dog and send to someone else to assist me. No refund offered (for the difference in flight prices), no assistance offered, no meals offered. In stead, I had to pay for my own food while waiting for my Mango flight, I had to pay extra for parking, etc. I was badly inconvenienced and traumatized and that thanks to SAA!
