Mafadi: Golden views advertised parking on their property advert on gumtree and yet when we moved in there was no official parking. we had to be cramped as car owners and no parking bays'were assisgned and when we started complainign the Agent told me that they were doing us a huge favour by letting us park in an access controoled secure parking. that is just revolting considering that we do pay for this parking. To top it off one morning onb my way to work I was told by one of their contruction guys that no one will be allowed to park inside thge garage in the evening as it was not allowed anymore and no reasons were provided as to why this is. Mafadi is honestly mistrating its tenants with cars and being very unprofessional by the way they are handling this delicate situation. Currently we have been moved to a parking across the road that is not access controlled nor is it even covered. I just wish this management will keep its promises and just do their job without any problems. I am tired of constantly emailing managemnet about things they ought to do without any reminder because we are paying them every month on time without fail. I AM JUST FED UP, BIG TIME!!!
