Cell C
Never again. Not ever a--gain

This is not as much of a complaint as it is a report against Cell C's atrocious administration. I know that companies like Cell C are huge so they have lots of customers to deal with but this is just ridiculous. On 30 May 2013 I was called by one of Cell C's affiliates and offered the iPhone 4S. When I accepted the sale was approved (I was told I was applicable for the phone and that it will be delivered in 7 days). After the allotted time, NOTHING HAPPENED!! So I call and call until R100 bucks is spent. 084145 had me on hold for over 10 minutes. Then i posted on Hellopeter.com and I got a positive response, my phone would be delivered. I waited and STILL NOTHING! When I posted on Hellopeter again I got a callback and i was informed that my address details were incorrect and this is why the phone could not be delivered, I rectified this and I was promised that the phone would arrive first thing Monday. After 1pm on Monday I finally had enough and called in to Cell C again only to be told that the contract I applied for was cancelled since I didn't have enough credits!! I was so shocked that I couldn't speak. Really really bad communication to the customers Cell C. I'm not impressed
