I was referred to Canal Walk MTN by the Kenilworth Centre store. The staff at Canal walk did not want to book in my cell for repairs which is on contract. They asked me to drive to Montague Gardens, were not able to provide proper directions, even though I offered to drive with one of them and bring them back. They did not check what was wrong with my cell, even stating that I should not waste my time to repair it as it would cost too much. They were unable to print directions or a map from google as they say they did not have access. The staff member tore off a 5cm piece of another customers contract with the address of the Repair Centre. The directions they gave me was so hopeless that I drove for at least 2-3 hours before I could find this third place. When I got to the Repair Centre a MTN staff member was guarding his friends parking spot and asked me to move my car as MTN pays for the staff parking (there was at least 20 parking bays available) and not clients parking. It was hot and I cannot fathom why staff parking is covered and clients parking is not. I moved my car. The experience was shocking.
