Never experienced such inappropriet behavior!

Everytime i call there is a different excuse or story, my membership banking details were confirmed in January and my actual membership to begin in February but till date i had not been debited, their reason for that is that there were outstanding documents that i had to send through and of wich i did send those documents promptly back to them but they still did nothing about it, my concern was that if they had not deducted then my membership would not commence after the 3 month waiting period which i was told would be 1st April and now was just confirmed to be 1st May... today when i called in i spoke to Ibrahim Bassidien and this guy was so rude and impatient i ended up asking for his team leader or manager and to my surprise he told me that the manager or teamleader would tell me the same thing that he is saying so there will be no use speaking to them, i told him its fine! let me talk to them and he continued to say they were not available and will only be available after 12pm, he put me on hold and an even more rude guy who claimed to be a team leader Rushbi Adams shouted at me and hung up the phone in my ear... if this is How Spectramed handles its customers then...
