What a Nightmare to get Membership Certificate

I called Bonitas on behalf of my parents to get their membership certificate and the lady said I needed to confirm personal details before she can send it to me. I called again today and confirmed every single detail, and they refused to send this to me. My parents are not with me, they have retired and need to go on a medical aid ASAP! They are really not well. How can they refuse to give me the membership certificate when they paid every single premium, they were with them for over 5 years.
The lady I spoke to was rude and always cut me off when I was speaking. Is this was customer service is all about.
This is not the first time we had issues with Bonitas. How can they withhold a membership certificate?? This means if I take a medical aid for my parents, they will be penalized because of this new policy!
What nonsense is this!! Someone please help...
