HANDING OVER UNINFORMED CLIENTS AFTER A YEAR!!!

They handed my account over to collectors (after a year, of not being a member anymore) I was never informed, via post, email, or sms, or phone call. 28/11/13 Over a year after terminating my membership I get a sms, email from collectors, threatening me to pay in 21 days or I WILL be placed on ITC, i called Spectramed, queried this they refused to help me, but confirmed there was NO COMMUNICATION from them to me within a year, but refuse to withdraw the handing over!!! There staff is SO RUDE! I will always inform everyone about them to insure same things don't happen to anyone else!
