No delivery of membership cards

I am disgusted about the level of service as well as the poor customer service I have experienced.
I took out a policy by the end of February, and so while on a waiting period, money for March went of, still, I was promised ill be send membership cards, I phoned in to ask them to change the address where they were supposed to send the cards, prior to that, before phoning to change, I was waiting the whole time, so I decided to change addresses, the incompetent consultant goes and cancel the delivery, how on earth is that even remotely possible, so I phone again, wasting money to speak to the next incompetent person, named Robert and ask his team leader to phone me, again, being ignored, so I get a sms, reminding me about the debit order that is going of, still no sign of my membership cards, phoned again, today and spoke to Brink Mazibuko at one plan, also, promise he will get someone to phone me and that he understands my frustration, so I'm cancelling this stupid insurance and getting proper medical cover, it might be expensive, but real service counts at the end of the day, I am going to take this to the newspapers and let everyone know about one plan a
